Last Wednesday I picked a good friend and racing mate up form the airport ,Erhard Wolfaardt....
Erhard and I have the same coach, Libby Burrell, so it was quite cool to train with someone on the exact same program.
He had to stay with my parents though, but I don't mind, becuase it meant a lot of free lunches and dinners for me!!! 
The training was good and I loved showing off Stellenbosch to him and taking him on all my favourite rides and run. We did an awesome open water swim on Thelema too, the farm of the legend age group triathlete Barbara Webb!!!On the weekend Erhard and I headed over to Kleinmond to spend the day with Libby and do some solid training...and I got the drive(one of my joys in life). Hopefully he will be back for more soon!!! Thanks Erhard. |
