All Africa Continental Championships 2008

The All Africa Championships were held in Hammamet, Tunisia, making it the first continental  championships in North Africa! I had a good solid race, winning the African title and securing the African Olympic spot for a South African. I had a pretty average swim, having difficulty to drop Anel Stewart and Kate Roberts.  I only had a 8 sec lead coming into T1, but soon started pulling away.
